Accountabilities

• A Logistics Team Leader

  • Manage and formalize the logistics flow for all S&S activities ranging from quotation, orders, transportations, customs formalities to invoice in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and ensure good implementation in team members.

  • Prepare and manage the accurate monthly order book and inventories status for the revenue review.

  • Manage and report the S&S KPIs on a monthly basis.

  • Anticipate and escalate the potential risks immediately.

  • Act as one focal point in the discussions with the Sales, Finance and Technical Team.

  • Create a turnover to achieve an OP target of the company by invoicing what has been delivered and to be delivered.

• An Export Control Point of Contact

  • Regular meeting with Region and update the Internal Compliance Program for Export Control by organizing the meetings with the relevant stakeholders in AHK.

  • Execute the actions to ensure Export Control compliance within Korea / Airbus Helicopters Regulations.

  • Coordinate and support with region about the inquiries from AHK.

  • Manage the Export Control training .

Main activities

• Strategic activities

  • KPI OTR5b management.

  • Delivery cost saving, escalate and negotiate the order to AH for economic delivery considering the urgency, tariff benefit and also contractual conditions with the customers.

• Client related activities

  • Identify and eliminate customer irritants and deal with urgent customer requests within the limited time.

  • Maintain solid customer relationships not only in daily non face to-face communications, but also through customer visits.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s degree graduate in related field

• Experience:

  • Above 8 years experience in Logistics, Import / export experience, Team work and Team management skill and Customer service

• Basic Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interaction skill in Korean and in English.

  • Consolidate opinions and give clear instruction to team members for efficient solution.

  • Outstanding multi-cultures coordination skills.

  • Prioritize multiple tasks properly.

  • Complete each work within a pre-defined deadline following each flow.

  • Work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Think proactively and turn ideas into actions

Contract type :

  • Fixed term contract : 15 months contract term
