As a Legal Specialist, you will work under the supervision and lead of a Legal Counsel to perform the following:

• Serve as the primary legal focal point for general procurement, providing direct legal support to both the Beijing and Tianjin operations. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as offering legal advice to internal business stakeholders.
  
• Under the supervision of legal counsel, conduct legal research and provide support on personal data, data cross border transfer, and other data-related topics. This also involves assisting privacy focal points in different entities to do personal data impact assessment.
  
• Under the supervision of legal counsel, manage all necessary corporate filings of Airbus subsidiaries and JVs and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations.
  
• other general legal support matters directed by legal counsels from time to time, relevant to Airbus subsidiaries' operations in China.
