Job Description:

In the frame of major projects of acquisition of new assets, the Maintenance Engineer brings the Maintenance requirements and expertise along the acquisition projects in order to optimize the maintainability of the new asset when entering into the production phase.

Ensures the Maintenance Department receives all the definitive documentation needed to optimize the performance of maintenance activities on this new asset.

Analysis of failures and common faults that occur and how to take action to prevent them reoccurring through PPS methodology.

Ensure the required technical plant availability in the respective field of activity.

Lead digital transformation strategy in maintenance.

În cadrul proiectelor majore de achiziție de noi bunuri, Inginerul de Mentenanță aduce cerințele și expertiza de Mentenanță pe parcursul proiectelor de achiziție pentru a optimiza mentenabilitatea noului bun la intrarea acestuia în faza de producție.

Asigură că Departamentul de Mentenanță primește toată documentația definitivă necesară pentru a optimiza performanța activităților de mentenanță asupra acestui nou bun.

Analiza defecțiunilor și a erorilor frecvente care apar și modul de a acționa pentru a preveni reapariția lor prin metodologia PPS (Problem-Solving Process).

Asigură disponibilitatea tehnică necesară a instalațiilor în domeniul de activitate respectiv.

Conduce strategia de transformare digitală în mentenanță.
