En tant qu’ingénieur de la performance des processus, le candidat en génie industriel aura pour mission de comprendre les capacités actuelles et limites du plan manufacturier.

Vos principales responsabilités:

  • Définir les meilleures séquences d’assemblage en tenant compte des contraintes Industrielles et techniques selon les cadences;

  • Détailler et mettre à jour le(s) chemin(s) critique(s) et analyser les impacts qu’apportent des changements industrielles potentiels;

  • Analyser les performances, défis des postes en faisant des observations ciblées;

  • Améliorer le temps alloué aux processus et aux séries via l'analyse VA/NVA et l'observation des processus en atelier;

  • Coach & évalue l'utilisateur final dans l'utilisation de la séquence (SLB);

  • Fait ressortir les bloquants qui minent la productivité. Joue un rôle central dans l’élaboration de solution avec l’écosystème ;

  • Documenter le potentiel et les limites de la stratégie industrielle, préparer des analyses dans l’optique des montées cadences ;

  • Animer différentes rencontres impliquant plusieurs quarts de métier en lien avec les analyses du poste et être un catalyseur quant aux projets d’améliorations;

  • Maintenir le PERT d’antériorité à jour.

En tant que candidat idéal:

  • Vous avez un diplôme en Génie Industriel ou autre domaine connexe;

  • Vous avez entre 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en entreprise manufacturière;

  • Vous êtes agile en Français et en Anglais ;

  • Vous avez une capacité d’observation et de synthèse;

  • Vous avez un esprit critique;

  • Vous avez une capacité d’adaptation, d’influence et une volonté d'apprendre

In your role, you will:

  • Define the best possible sequence taking into account organisationals and technicals constraints;

  • Define and update critical(s) and technical(s) path and evaluate potentials industrials projects;

  • Analyze performance and job challenges by making targeted observations

  • Improve Process and Serial Allocated time via VA/NVA analysis and shop floor process observation ;

  • Coach assess end user in the sequence (SLB usage);

  • Brings out the blockers that undermine productivity. You will be a key player in developing solutions with the ecosystem;

  • Document the potential and limits of the industrial strategy, prepare & analyzes the future acceleration;

  • Facilitate various meetings involving several services. Be a catalyst for improvement projects by highlighting repetitive issues;

  • Keep PERT up to date.

As an ideal candidate:

  • You have a degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field;

  • You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company;

  • You are agile in French and English;

  • You have a capacity for observation and synthesis;

  • You have a critical mind;

  • You have the ability to adapt, influence and a willingness to learn
