Job Description: Human Resources Internship
Location: Itajubá - MG
Type: In-person

Job Summary:

The intern will support the Human Resources department in various activities related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting in day-to-day tasks such as answering candidates' questions regarding the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, and managing talent acquisition dashboards.
  • Assisting in the new hire process, including preparing offer letters and conducting pre-onboarding activities.
  • Participating in recruitment campaigns by posting vacancies on social media platforms and managing applicant curriculums.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or a related field (e.g., Psychology).
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (e.g., Google Meet, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
  • Intermediate English proficiency.

Descrição da Vaga: Estágio em Recursos Humanos

Local: Itajubá - MG

Modalidade: Presencial

Principais atividades:

O estagiário irá prestar suporte ao departamento de Recursos Humanos em diversas atividades relacionadas à aquisição de talentos (ou Recrutamento e Seleção).

Responsabilidades

  • Suporte nas tarefas diárias, como responder a perguntas de candidatos sobre o processo de recrutamento, agendar entrevistas e gerenciar painéis (dashboards) de aquisição de talentos.
  • Auxílio no processo de contratação de novos funcionários/estagiários, incluindo a preparação de cartas-oferta e a condução de atividades de pré-integração (pré-onboarding).
  • Participação em campanhas de recrutamento, divulgando vagas em plataformas de mídia social e gerenciando currículos de candidatos.


Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Cursando superior em Administração de Empresas ou área relacionada (ex: Psicologia).
  • Boas habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de interagir profissionalmente com todos os níveis da organização.
  • Organizado(a) e com atenção a detalhes, capaz de realizar multitarefas e priorizar atividades com eficácia.
  • Proficiência em Google Workspace (ex: Google Meet, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
  • Proficiência em inglês em nível intermediário.
