We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our HR Team at Airbus in Tianjin

HR Business Partner
Be a strategic HR partner for the business. Prepare and support the execution of business plans by translating the needs of the company into appropriate HR solutions, actively contributing to the optimization of business performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and operational support to ensure that the organization's current and future human resource requirements are met.

• Focus on talent acquisition, employee's retention, engagement, development, performance management, employee relations, policy deployment; coaching leaders and managers to deliver people management capabilities, diagnose business issues and providing appropriate HR services/ recommendations to address needs, supporting business growth strategies.

• Reinforce the company and HR strategy and directive into suitable communication to inform, influence, and engage employees toward the company objective

• Work closely with Centre of Excellence (CoE) to review area of improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs and ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives to the business and employees

• Provide local consultation, guidance, and support for managers on policy interpretation, performance, talent development, employee engagement, and employee relations and any other HR matters.

• Identifying / anticipating change management activities within the business area; driving and/or facilitating the change with any appropriate measure(s) and control the sustainability of change processes

• Participate in annual talent reviews and calibration sessions to support the identification and selection of talents and support succession planning initiatives.

• Be the catalyst to drive mobility through knowing the people ready to move and networking for potential opportunities

• Provide insights on local market trends, employee engagement, and talent management strategies.

• Drive the HR annual cycle (People Tempo) ie. annual performance calibration, salary review etc. within the partner business sector

• Ensuring consistent approach by detecting behavior of Managers and employees that is not in line with the company expectations and application of disciplinary measures within the business where appropriate

• Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring alignment with local labor regulations.

• Participate in review and enhancement of HR work processes by leveraging data and or technology to drive efficient and optimal processes

• Be the change agent who processes growth mindset, continuously seeking improvements

• Develop and coach managers


Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and motivated HRBP with the following characteristics:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Human Resources, preferably in an international manafacturing organisation
• Languages: Fluent in Chinese and English at a business level.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of labor law.


The ideal candidate should possess behavioral skills such as:
Excellent service attitude, teamwork ability, effective communication, and strong interpersonal and departmental relationships. A focus on customer satisfaction, responsibility, problem-solving skills, adherence to standards, numerical abilities, attention to detail, and organization are also essential.
