Job Description

Job Description:

This position aims to serve HR operations for Airbus in China, including:

  • As focal point of headcount management within team,
    • Manage HC project and communication with other teams
    • Prepare headcount report
    • Update & maintain headcount dashboard regularly
    • Support other teams in case of HC needed (e.g., IM, PR, etc.)
  • Support HR team on digital platforms:
  • Support company or team re-organization in myPulse and iPeople
  • For myPulse, as a key user of the role “HR analyst” to manage employee information and validate info maintenance, termination, etc. and support HR people in case of doubt on staffing relevant processes
  • Support HR team on iPeople troubleshooting
  • Ensure the smooth operations of staffing team by taking care of Probation, contract renewal, leaving, internal transfer / service agreement / employee certificates with defined scope
  • As a focal point to boost efficiency and employee experience from staffing perspective, including but not limited to:
    • Prepare seniority awards & organize ceremony
    • Contract corner refurbishment
  • Support and foster staffing processes iteration in case of any opportunities identified
  • Support team on data quality check and data clean-up
