Job Description:

This position supports the daily administration of the General Manager and the GM Office, and serves as the point of contact for necessary functions within Airbus organization. The role ensures seamless executive operations through direct support to the GM, while also providing vital administrative and coordination support to enhance the GMO's efficiency.

ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Provide administrative support to the GM on daily schedule, travel arrangements, meeting materials, speeches, expense reimbursements, internal coordination's, etc.;

2. Interpret (simultaneous and consecutive) and translate for external meetings, government events, etc.;

3. Responsible for processing administrative requests of the company;

4. Support the receiving of VIP guests both internal and external;

5. Support the organisation of GMO and company events;

6. Support efficient information flow between Airbus China Service, Board of ALS, and the company)

7. Support GMO in managing the workflow cross-department, from material collection to the distribution of notices, and routine updates;

8.Coordinate the procurement and daily management of the GMO's tangible and intangible assets.

9. Support GM Office functions such as PR related co-ordination work, BoD meeting preparation, Strategy and BD;

10. Undertake other related tasks as assigned by the manager.

This role may involve some travel for business, primarily within China, and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This role requires a high degree of flexibility in working hours to align with the General Manager's schedule and business needs.

QUALIFICATION

1.EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or above; major in English, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

2.EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role. Experience within a multinational corporation is essential; a background in the aviation industry is highly preferred.

3.CERTIFICATION: Interpreter Accreditation Level II and above, or equivalent, Project Management certs are a plus.

4.LANGUAGE: Mandarin Chinese (Native); English (Fluent, professional working proficiency in both written and oral communication).

5.KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Drive).

6.ABILITIES: A highly organized and proactive professional with meticulous attention to detail, who liaises effectively at all levels and handles confidential information with the utmost discretion, especially in a fast-paced environment.
