Job Description

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with related functions for all FET related Purchase Requirements or Purchase Orders, and create PR/PO in SAP.
  • Be the ISR of the department by requesting, recovering and managing IT tools access rights applications and manage IT issue by launching queries & incident for the complete department
  • Act as Airbus FET EHS focal point in Supplier XAT site, boosting Supplier safety improvement
  • Preparation of the results of job-related risk analyses and the transfer to suitable training documents.
  • Coordinate with related business of Export Control, Data Security, etc...
  • Act as Airbus focal point for Facility Management communications and Administration.
  • Coordination for continuing improvement, eg. 5S, EHS MCR
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Head of FET.
  • Provide support to the Fuselage Equipping Tianjin team on administrative tasks, and organise team boosters on request
  • Handle and support the delegated visitors to XAT site visits as focal point, not limited to invitation letter application, and schedule arrangements, etc.
  • Other general daily support activities and Assigned special projects
