Job Description:

You will ensure that the company’s operational processes comply with the quality assurance requirements, standards and internal or third party certification/approvals as defined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality plan for products.

You will guarantee the proper implementation of the inspection/control plan.

You will monitor the conformity & attestation status. Where deviations occur, you will be involved in the handling of the non- conformance including analysis of the deviations, monitoring of the corrective and preventive actions, as well as contributing to the improvement of the quality standards.

As such, you will collect, analyse, visualize and interpret the relevant process using available means (manual and automatic) to identify early process variations and to take effective actions by means of root cause analysis to mitigate and resolve any quality issues by supporting a robust PPS method application.

You will contribute to the implementation of Prevention Tools (such as APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, ...).

You will provide evidences to ensure the satisfaction of customer requirements. In new product / process development you will ensure that operational processes' lessons learnt and risk analysis are done early, and that relevant preventive quality standards are used in order to mitigate the risks and that a rigorous Development Plan (multi- functional reviews, maturity gates, ...) is followed.

Anyway you will be responsible to identify any risk regarding quality compliance in your activity area.

You will be responsible to manage the continuous improvement the Quality performance of the area end-to-end processes for the OQ, OT, OC delivery of services/products through appropriate leadership.

You will also collect and spread of best practices for Quality Production activities.

If authorized, you will support the company's certifications and interfaces with external quality authorities (ISO, IAQG, EASA, ECSS, etc.,).

You will support the necessary processes to ensure capacity to cover operational targets of the area, such as resource management, recruitment and development plans.

And you will also promote the leadership model in the Production Quality area, ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
