Descrição da vaga : Estágio em Compras
Localidade: Itajubá - MG
Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: das 7h às 14h

Principais atividades:

• Apoiar realização de cotações, gestão das requisições de compras e elaboração dos pedidos e contratos para compras gerais.
  
• Auxiliar no acompanhamento dos pedidos com fornecedores até o pagamento e manutenção dos registros adequados para assegurar conformidade ao processo de compras.
  
• Apoiar o cálculo e análise dos KPI's relacionados aos processos de compras e contratos.
  
• Suportar a gestão da área em atividades gerais.
  

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;
  
• Inglês intermediário;
  
• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 1 ano;
  
• Interesse em aprender;
  
• Candidatos internos: favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Position description: General Purchasing Internship

Location: Itajubá - MG

Type: In-person

Working hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Main activities:

• Support the preparation of quotes, management of purchase requests, and preparation of orders and contracts for general purchases.
  
• Assist in tracking orders with suppliers until payment and maintain appropriate records to ensure compliance with the purchasing process.
  
• Support the calculation and analysis of KPIs related to purchasing and contract processes.
  
• Support the management of the area in general activities.
  

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college program in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields;
  
• Intermediate English;
  
• Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 1 year;
  
• Interest in learning;
