In order to support the Customs department, Airbus is looking for a
Customs and Logistics Process & Systems Expert for Spare parts (d/f/m)
You will join the Finance Transformation department, in an international environment, connected with a wide Customs and Logistic network, in collaboration with multicultural teams.
You will be involved in Customs Systems transformation projects in interaction with Customs, Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistic and Finance.
You will support the transformation of Customs solution in connection with our different ERP systems of the various Airbus locations (Europe, China and North America).
Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Focus area : Customs activities related to Spare parts
You will be integrated into a cross-functional team able to support requests of customs needs from various countries through an internal network of existing customs experts
You act as a customs processes & systems expert in transformation and improvement projects
You are responsible for full project life cycle activities: From concept definition until entry in service including training and change management
Project management is part of your responsibility: Scope, planning, evaluation of budget request for a dedicated project
You participate and/or lead multi-functional project team: Customs, Logistic, Procurement, Finance, IT
You support our IT department in solution definition and validation
You secure permanently the stability, reliability, quality and performance of Airbus Customs process and system
Desired skills and qualifications
Educated Master’s degree in e.g. Logistics, Business Management, Engineering etc
Several years of experiences in Customs and/or Logistics projects including IT integration
Profound knowledge on Logistics and Customs processes and IT Landscapes: Inbound/Outbound/Master data/Inventory and Spare parts handling in IT (SAP SD/MM and GTS, TMS would be a plus)
Profound knowledge of Project Management and methodologies
You have good communication skills and the ability to convince and motivate your colleagues

Strong integrity and ethics as well as a strong sense of accountability is part of your DNA
