Job Description:

• the job-holder is responsible to manage business improvements related to Fuselage Equipping Tianjin within time, scope, cost and quality; And coordinate the implementation of Airbus Operating System (AOS) in Fuselage Equipping Tianjin.
  
• Implement industrialization and improvements compliance and projects
  
• Contribute to business processes management, drive continuous improvement of the performance, demonstrate tangible contributions to achieve program’s objectives
  
• Improve daily operational routines in FET
  
• Launch & participate in management go-look-see providing structured feedback (Management Control Routine)
  
• Measure and report maturity (KPIs, activities, self-assessment)
  
• Coordinate for industrial assessments
  
• Co-facilitate building improvement roadmap with operational teams
  
• Exchange and work with other projects or departments in Europe and in China
