Anlagenoptimierung in der Instandhaltung (m/w/d)

Job Description:

AUFGABENSTELLUNG

• Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsanlagen zur Effizienzsteigerung
• Identifikation und Behebung von Schwachstellen in bestehenden Maschinen und Prozessen
• Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen bei wiederkehrenden Störungen
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von vorbeugenden Instandhaltungsstrategien
• Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktions- und Instandhaltungsabteilung zur Verbesserung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
• Unterstützung bei der Spezifikation und Implementierung neuer Anlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
• Eigenständige Projekttierung von mittleren bis größeren Instandhaltungsprojekten
• Fremdfirmenkoordination sowie Überwachung von Fremdfirmenleistungen

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATION (ANFORDERUNGEN/PROFIL

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung und Anlagenoptimierung (wünschenswert)
• Kenntnisse in TPM, Lean Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance
• Erfahrung mit Steuerungs- und Automatisierungstechnik (z. B. SPS, Sensorik)
• Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
• Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und zur Aufrechterhaltung von Fachkenntnissen in einem sich schnell entwickelnden technologischen Umfeld
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
