Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Team Leader to join our NH90 AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manuals) Technical Data team based in Albacete.

In this role, you will act as the primary interface for all AHE AMM Technical Data activities for the NH90 programme. You will ensure seamless coordination between our Design Office, customer services, and the end-user.

This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery of all maintenance documentation for the NH90 fleet. You will lead a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement, and play a key part in the transnational team.

Main Responsibilities

Your main activities and responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 Technical Data specialists. You will be responsible for coordinating workload, cascading priorities, and ensuring correct reporting to the different Airbus Helicopters Team organization.

Technical Interface: Act as the primary interface and AHE representative for all NH90 AMM Technical Data matters in workshops, customer meetings, and international forums.

Impact Analysis: Analyze and assess aircraft design inputs (e.g., Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Technical Events (TEs), Service Bulletins (SB) to determine the precise impact on technical documentation.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure the on-time delivery, completeness, and accuracy of all Maintenance Manual data, guaranteeing compliance with international standards and airworthiness regulations.

Continuous Improvement: Define business requirements for AMM activities and drive continuous improvement projects for AMM Technical Data processes / procedures and tools, fostering transnational standardization of working methods.

Stakeholder Management: Provide technical expertise on documentation needs to the Design Office and other stakeholders, proposing solutions to optimize aircraft maintainability and resolve blocking points.

Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external customer queries regarding technical documentation and issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Education & Experience:

o Engineering degree (or equivalent technical qualification).

o At least 3 years of technical experience in the aeronautical sector.

o Strong background in Aircraft Maintenance, ILS (Integrated Logistic Support), Production Engineering, or Airframe Design.

Technical Skills:

o A strong technical profile with proven experience in technical problem-solving and trouble-shooting.

o Technical knowledge of the NH90 helicopter (airframes, systems) is highly valued.

o Knowledge of Continuous Airworthiness matters and maintenance documentation standards.

Soft Skills:

o Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a transnational and multicultural environment.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building working relationships across multiple disciplines.

o Strong analytical capacity with the ability to present complex solutions in a synthetic way.

o High level of autonomy, rigor, and proactivity.

o A value-creation and continuous improvement mindset.

IT Tools:

o Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.

o Experience with technical authoring and data management tools (e.g., SGML Arbortext Epic, PTC Isodraw, MASCOT, Windchill, CATIA) is a significant advantage.

Languages:

o Fluent in English and Spanish.

o Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
