MAIT Space Systems delivers leading space technology and solutions for commercial and government customers around the globe. The Programme Line’s expertise includes telecommunications satellites for any mission, very-high-resolution Earth observation instruments, unique deep space missions, flawless International Space Station operations and lunar exploration. From the smallest electronic parts and spacecraft equipment to in-orbit delivery of satellites and associated services, reaching for the stars is the daily business of Space Systems.

We are looking for an AIT Manager who will work in close relation with Engineering, Production and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure an industrial process

You will belong to a dynamic team in a department which is encharged of the End to End manufacturing of different programmes. You will work with a team across multiple disciplines to deliver on Quality, on Time and on Cost

  • The jobholder is responsible for managing Spacecraft production E2E projects (from KOM to final delivery) to ensure a proper deliveries drumbeat in Spacecraft Production Spain, according to TSMS commitments and cascaded targets.
  • The jobholder is responsible for ensuring robust communication between the Plant (TSMS) and Program Organization (TSOY), being the link between both parts.
  • The jobholder is responsible for contributing to the MRP process, carrying out the activities associated with his or her role within the overall process.
  • The jobholder is responsible for reporting at TSM level all required KPIs and establishing action plans (PDCA) in order to achieve the performance targets.
  • Accountable to validate and officialize recovery plans.
  • Accountable for cost control to assure target costs and OP adherence.
  • Accountable for OP activities, collecting all operations hours for EAC and making production plannings accordingly and assuring a robust OP creation



  • Requirements
  • Industrial Engineer or Aerospace Engineer Degree or similar.
  • E xperience in project management, manufacturing and financial analysis.
  • Pro-activity and autonomy.Team working ability
  • Leadership skills to manage different stakeholders
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Able to work in an integrated manufacturing Team, autonomously in a proactive and responsible manner.
  • Able to work in one or more projects managing the workload and prioritization of activities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • Able to work in an organized and ordered manner complying with the Company, Quality and H&S standards.
