Aerovel/Flexrotor is looking for an I.T. Manager to join our team in Bingen, WA.

Your Challenges:

• We have 50 people currently working in three different buildings, but we will be adding more people and moving into a new space in 2025
• Understanding all of the security requirements for Airbus, running gap analyses and how to close that gap is going to be important.
• You will have a big picture view and once you define the strategy, you will become operational and actually implement that plan.
• You can expect other work, too, like production activities.
• Someone who has a vision of data organization and has experience creating a digital library would be a big value.
• Being able to manage projects is going to be important, as well, along with managing the stakeholders onsite, and all around the organization.

Your Boarding Pass:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science/engineering or the equivalent in experience.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in computer engineering

Required

• Minimum of seven years (7) or more IT experience

Preferred

• Minimum of four (4) years at a supervisory level

Licensure/Certifications:

Required

• Scum, active directory, Azure, CCNP

Preferred

• A+, Network +, or other IT industry standard certifications
• Cyber Security - Cyber Essentials Accreditation Process

Salary range:

Salary range based on the required profile: $63,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, depending on experience. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on geographic differential. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
