Aerovel/Flexrotor is searching for a Facilities and EH&S Manager to join our team in Bingen, WA.

Your Challenges:

  • This position requires a combination of skills, and will need someone who is not only the strategic director, but also the transactional clerk.
  • We need someone who knows what needs to be done, like putting a process in place, and standing it up, getting their hands dirty and making things happen
  • Within the EH&S piece, you will be creating a safe environment, developing reporting, and following-up on an event, or even a near miss and finding a way of being able to avoid having to repeat that or a more serious event
  • We are moving into a new building of about 30K square feet so understanding the maintenance that goes along with this type of move is going to be crucial

Your Boarding Pass:

Required

  • Bachelors’ degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred

  • Minimum 10 years of experience involving administration and coordination of facilities
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in both EHS and facilities operations
  • Physical Security supervision
  • EH&S supervision

You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary range:

Salary range based on the required profile: $88,000.00 - $147,000.00 per year, depending on experience. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on geographic differential. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
