In order to support our Service Center in Wunstorf/Langenhagen, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

A400M Program Quality Manager (d/f/m)

The maintenance and service center for the world's most versatile military transport aircraft, the A400M, is located in Wunstorf. As Program Quality Manager you are responsible for delivering, monitoring and ensuring the fulfilment of contractual Quality Requirements of the A400M In Services Support and MRO contracts. By providing End2End responsibility for Program Quality, you support the safe and reliable operation of the German A400M fleet.

This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

Langenhagen is located in the immediate vicinity of Hanover, the state capital of Lower Saxony and the Steinhuder Meer can be reached within a short time. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Act and manage as "programme representative" for the Quality functions by integrating quality-related topics with an E2E overview towards programmes
  • Ensure that all quality disciplines are organized, receive the needed inputs and provide consistent and complete deliverables in line with requirements and project schedule
  • Check customer contracts and bids for quality requirements, track and implement changes and flow down the specific quality requirements
  • As an interface to the customer, you ensure high customer satisfaction, receive feedback, identify and implement suggestions for improvement
  • Create and update the Quality Plan and specific inspection plans and ensure their proper implementation
  • Identify risks or opportunities which could have an impact on the achievement of the programme/project/service quality objectives
  • Support initiatives related to capturing, analyzing, implementing and documenting Lessons Learnt across programme, project and service

  • Successfully completed technical studies
  • Extensive experience in the quality sector
  • Strong service orientation and experience in customer cooperation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to actively listen and understand counterparts
  • Business fluent German and English skills
