About our West coast team

We expanded our US customer-facing team to open our San Francisco office in 2018. More recently, at the start of 2022, we opened our Seattle office and are in a phase of rapid growth in terms of customers and colleagues. Supported by a global team across US, EMEA and APAC, we're on a mission to re-define B2B marketing.

We are looking for a Group Client Director to support our Seattle office, reporting to the SVP.

Role overview

Group Client Directors at Agent3 are collaborators, leaders and challengers. You’ll be responsible for a small portfolio of high value and complex clients, leading the delivery of high quality outputs and outcomes by championing clients and Agent3 teams alike.

As a senior team leader, you’ll take charge of developing and overseeing the implementation of client management and growth strategies, partnering with strategy, planning and executional leaders to deliver service excellence.

You'll join a team of dynamic, brave, resolute, conscientious, and curious professionals with extensive experience managing highly accomplished teams and delivering market-leading programs.

As a Group Client Director at Agent3, you will:

  • Lead a team to deliver Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for our key customers
  • Manage our relationship with customers as their business partner, pre-empting and resolving any issues to ensure they're satisfied with our products and services
  • Provide context-aware consultancy to clients and colleagues
  • See projects through from briefing to final delivery, guiding and supporting your team, internal specialists and external partners to build strategy and deliver on programs that exceed client expectations
  • Take ownership of client finances, supported by your account team. You will set targets for commercial growth and create revenue and relationship growth plans to meet those targets with the support of the wider team
  • Get involved in new business development, including pitches and proposals
  • Be a senior member of the team, supporting various management initiatives, including the roll out of new internal processes and identifying learning and development needs in the team around you

As a Group Client Director at Agent3, you will bring:

  • Experience as a multi-channel marketer with at least 10 years of B2B marketing experience preferably within an agency environment
  • Strong commercial skills, including daily budget management; accuracy of forecasting through the month and at quarterly milestones; aligned revenue attainment and profitability management
  • Strong client management experience, supported by customer retention and satisfaction
  • Team management experience with the ability to coach, mentor and build cohesion within your account teams
  • Experience running engagement and lead generation campaigns and consulting clients is preferable
  • Experience analyzing and acting upon trends in audience engagement to develop impactful programs is preferable
