LONDON

Our office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub. With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working, an outdoor terrace for a team lunch, or a dedicated studio for a yoga class.

THE ROLE

You will blend performance-based insights on customer demand and trends with a view of incoming supply to uncover opportunities that inform our fashion authority and achieve growth. You will analyse performance to identify seasonal priority brands and categories and partner with supply teams to secure insights on incoming newness and important drops . You will develop strategies to drive trade across Online Merchandising and Marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will demonstrate full awareness of luxury fashion brands and seasonal trends to influence marketing content planning.
  • You will partner with our supply channels to gather information on incoming deliveries and analyse overall stock health.
  • You will partner with Editorial and Marketing teams to identify opportunities to maximise visibility and improve performance of seasonal priority brands and categories.
  • You will develop solutions that impact performance on-site with an understanding of the end-to-end customer value proposition.
  • You will develop clear processes for managing the flow of information between the Online Merchandising team, Marketing teams and the wider Commercial team to support marketing content planning.
  • You will take ownership of several trade driving strategic workstreams.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the luxury fashion industry, including important brands and competitors
  • Experienced in either Online Merchandising or Trade Marketing at a similar level with an Ecommerce background (preferably)
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams across the business and aligning teams towards a common goal to drive fashion authority and commercial performance
  • Understand Marketing channels, including their functions and planning processes (Experience in a Marketing role is highly regarded)
  • Experience using data-based insight to make balanced decisions that blend forward-looking trends and commercial targets
  • Passionate about improving efficiencies and processes to constantly evolve how we work with other teams across the business

Reporting into the Online Merchandising Manager – Market & Supply, the role of the Senior Online Merchandiser will be to coordinate across Commercial, Marketing and Brand teams to maximise visibility of demand and supply opportunities across all customer touchpoints.
