POSITION: Permanent

Minimum 35 hours per week (Flexible working pattern)

LOCATION: Fully remote, with up to two days per month in London

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Senior Tech TA Partner, you will drive full cycle recruiting activities and act as an advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process. You will be an extension to our Tech, Product and Business Insights teams to drive a strong talent pool for current and future roles. In this role you will support across key roles such as: Engineering Managers, Product Managers, DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers to name a few! You have a strong passion for Employer Brand, use direct sourcing methodologies to proactively approach a competitive talent pool.


To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:

  • Strong track record in delivering Tech & Product hires ranging from IC to Senior Management level

  • Experience supporting Senior Management teams to scale complex teams

  • Evidence of key direct sourcing methodologies

  • Demonstrated innovation through tech sourcing

  • Strong, effective communicator in a virtual first business environment

  • Data lead decision maker

  • Passion for Employer Brand and standing out from a crowded market

  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a proactive approach to hiring activities

  • Real passion for supporting people to improve their lives

  • A desire to become part of a collaborative environment and share knowledge and learning for the benefit of all

PRE- EMPLOYMENT CHECKS

As part of our pre-employment checks, all employees of Healios will be asked to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Dependent on your role within the business, this will either be an Enhanced or Basic. A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check will be required. You will also be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.
