About the role

As Copywriter at Vita Mojo, your mission will be to capture the hearts and minds of our core audiences with compelling, creative copy. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team to take our brand to the next level, creating copy for a range of formats across owned, earned and shared channels including website, email, video scripts, headlines, social posts, sales enablement, presentations, employer branding and events.

Our Marketing team partners closely with our Product and Commercial teams to inform Vita Mojo's value proposition for our clients in the hospitality sector. You'll have a direct impact on the growth of our business as we move into the next chapter of development at Vita Mojo. 🚀

Hospitality industry experience is a plus but not required, we just ask that you’re passionate about telling stories (and have a love for food)!

The day-to-day

We're a start up business so the needs of the company change over time which will give you opportunities to get involved in new projects and learn new skills!

Copywriting

Creating engaging copy across a variety of platforms, you’ll help shape the tone and look of the Vita Mojo brand. You’ll take complex products and topics, and write about them in a way that’s engaging, simple and a pleasure to read.

In a typical week you’ll be working on a range of content including:

• Email campaigns that engage our prospects and clients
• Social media posts (both organic and paid)
• Case studies that bring the value of our product to life
• Website content that engages and converts
• Blog posts and long-form guides that position Vita Mojo as a thought leader
• Product descriptions for new features and product launches

Thought leadership content

You’ll work with stakeholders from across Product, Client Success and the Commercial teams to create high-quality thought leadership and long-form pieces of content that wows our clients and prospects. You’ll become an expert on the hospitality industry - keeping an eye on industry trends and working with external research agencies to add credibility to our content.

Visual content

Working closely with our Creative Marketing Manager, you’ll come up with creative and imaginative ways to bolster content and make it stand out. You’ll work up multiple copy and design options for testing to improve engagement with our email communications, paid social and website content.

Project management

There’s lots of different projects to get stuck into, so you’ll be great at communicating with relevant teams and prioritising tasks so that each project gets over the line on time and with impact.

About you

😍 You’ll love this role if you are a wordsmith and are excited about using storytelling to bring the Vita Mojo product to life for colleagues, clients and prospective clients.

You might work in a copywriting role at the moment, or perhaps you’re in a general marketing role looking for an opportunity to specialise in copywriting. Bonus points if you’re great at coming up with new campaign ideas that will help potential hospitality clients fall in love with Vita Mojo!

• Top-notch writer and storyteller. You’re a great communicator and you have experience writing and creating content across different forms (i.e. website, social media, email campaigns). You have a keen eye for detail with a genuine love of language.
• Versatility. You’re equally comfortable writing a video script, social post, or ‘about us’ page. You’re happy to jump into new projects depending on the business needs and help us create a consistent tone of voice across multiple channels.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. You love building relationships with people across the business and with support, you’re great at organising your time to prioritise what’s most important. You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment and you’re a self-starter, ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done!
• Self-sufficiency and initiative. You will love the challenge of solving complex problems and learning new things, along with thriving in a dynamic startup environment where you can do great work despite quickly changing situations.
• Product minded. You’re going to be immersed in our product, so an enthusiasm for the world of technology and product is essential!
• Curiosity. You’ll be willing to research and seek out information to ensure you can take on new tasks as required to support the evolving needs of the business.
