Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our People Operations Team at Flipdish at an exciting phase of transition and growth as we rapidly expand in Dublin, London and across the globe. What You'll Do
This key role as part of the People Team is integral for the future of the organisation and will encompass the following key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop our People Operations Team;
- Manage end to end employee journey and life cycle activities delivering an optimum employee experience;
- Proactively contribute to and implement innovative people offering and policies to attract and retain high calibre talent;
- Manage specific HR projects and initiatives to deliver thought leading HR solutions;
- Develop and build agile HR processes and workflows that scale and improve ways of working;
- Analyse people data and trends to inform decisions on strategy and programmes;
- Manage compensation and benefits and oversee monthly payroll for multi jurisdictions;
- Leverage and enhance existing platforms to adapt to the changing needs of company;
- Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to support contract delivery and onboarding of new hires across multiple countries;
- Work in tandem with the Learning and Development Manager to support management on employee development, succession planning and leadership development;
- Embrace our remote working model to optimise culture and engagement;

Required Skills
- Degree in HR or relevant business discipline. CIPD qualification desirable.
- A proven track record of successfully leading and managing a HR Operations team and achieving outstanding results through others;
- A background of experience in HR Operations in high growth, scaling companies with a period of time specifically in the technology industry is critical;
- Knowledge and practice of first class policy and procedure implementation demonstrating continuous improvement;
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail;
- Strong commercial focus and acumen to understand the business model and strategy;
- Highly adept influencing, positive persuasion, communication and presentation skills;
- Practical experience in design and implementation of innovative people programmes and initiatives;
- Experience working with multiple HR systems and platforms.
