We are looking for an exceptional People Partner to join the People Team at Flipdish at an exciting phase of transition and growth as we rapidly expand in Dublin, London and across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter to make a real impact partnering with our business leaders to contribute to the success of our people which will ultimately help Flipdish as a whole. What You'll Do

This is a critical role integral for the future of the organisation and will encompass the following key responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and on point HR expertise to business leaders in our Commercial and Sales organisation across Ireland, UK, Europe and USA;
• Partner with leaders to deliver comprehensive value-add HR support and implement HR strategies to meet the objectives of specific client groups;
• Act as a credible advisor on critical people and organisational agenda items including performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion;
• Implement innovative people offering and policies to attract and retain high calibre talent;
• Provide first class counsel on employee relations matters and best practice;
• Strong operational day to day HR support experience;
• Manage specific HR projects and initiatives to deliver thought leading HR solutions;
• Embrace our remote working model to optimise culture and engagement.
• Drive workforce planning in a scaling organisation and partner with Talent Acquisition team;
• Work in tandem with the Learning and Development Manager to support management on employee development, succession planning and leadership development;

Required Skills

• Degree in HR or relevant business discipline. CIPD qualification desirable.
• A background of 8+ years experience operating as a HR business partner in high growth, scaling companies with a period of time specifically in the technology industry is critical.
• Knowledge of Ireland, UK and US employment law would be essential.
• Employee relations experience in multiple jurisdictions;
• Strong commercial focus and acumen to understand the business model and strategy.
• Highly adept influencing, positive persuasion, communication and presentation skills.
• Practical experience in design and implementation of innovative people programmes and initiatives;
