Technical Solutions Consultant

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to contribute strongly to the ambitious growth that Flipdish has planned for 2022 and beyond. This role requires a commercially savvy individual with strong technical and engineering mindset. You will be responsible for pre and post sales advice and implementation with a hands-on approach.

What You'll Do:

• Own large scale / complex engagements, engage in presales activities such as scoping the project / proposal.
• Act as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle running customized demonstrations, providing technical training and playing a key role in pilots and post-sale implementations with larger accounts.
• Presenting from Management to C-suite.
• Attend enterprise customer premises to help define operations and support in working through real issues on the ground and creating processes with customers.
• Contribute to Flipdish solutions’ implementation plans and provide proof of concept configuration for Flipdish technology in enterprise or highly technical projects.
• Work closely with the Product, Development, Partner, Customer Success and support teams on troubleshooting issues, providing detailed input to diagnose and resolve issues with high value and enterprise clients.
• Help define and refine customer requirements with product owners to get development pieces added to the product roadmap.
• Act as a higher escalation point to customer success with implementation and troubleshooting when subject matter expertise is required

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS technical sales and implementation or TAM and ideally in the hospitality technology space .
• You have a keen eye for detail and are not afraid to implement and support non standard solutions.
• You have experience Pre and post sales support in a SaaS environment ideally related to the hospitality technology space
• You are both analytical and commercially savvy.
• You are a doer who is unfazed by ambiguity and who thrives under pressure.
• You are organised, responsive, detail oriented and, most importantly, you have a strong bias for action (i.e. you get things done). We are looking for someone who is extremely proactive in their work.
• You have experience in JavaScript, Salesforce and automation tools is an advantage
