What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the on the ground, selling our software solutions to restaurants across the North West, both independents and small chains.
Your job is to get new customers over the line and set them up for success, before your customer success counterparts take on the next challenge of helping them grow their business with Flipdish.
Why might this may or may not be right for you?
The pace is very rapid and innovation, collaboration and new ideas are expected. It’s not a place for a lone wolf.
The team is incredibly helpful but you’ll also have to fend for yourself at times. We haven’t created all the sales enablement materials and are figuring a lot of things out as we go. You’ll help us create the playbook.
Like any company in hypergrowth, change happens in abundance at Flipdish. You’ll need to be very adaptable and comfortable with incomplete information and living in the grey.
You’ll also need to be enthused by the idea of spending half your time prospecting via instagram and the phone and moving projects forward and the other half out in the field, meeting with prospects in their restaurants.
Call coaching is a thing here. Some people love it and will seize every opportunity to learn and grow. For others, just the thought of listening back to a call with your manager or your peers makes you feel queasy, and that’s ok. Flipdish just won’t offer the right environment for you.
Using the CRM is key. If you’re the type of salesperson who smashes their targets but doesn’t move new leads through the pipeline until they’re either won or lost, then this won’t be for you.
