The Role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our growing team. As our Learning & Development Specialist in the ITSMA team, you play a vital role in the delivery of our consulting and training services. You will support the delivery of intelligent and effective programs for some of the world’s most successful companies.

You’ll need to be a great communicator with the ability to speak and understand the languages of clients, strategist and trainers, ensuring there is clarity among everyone. You’re ultra-organised and love to get into the detail of things. You know how to tactfully nudge a project along to keep things on track with colleagues, partners and clients while enjoying the co-facilitation of training programs alongside our Subject Matter Experts.

To be successful in the role you’ll need - a proven project management track record, experienced in the delivery of virtual live training to all global markets, and can coordinate across multiple teams and time zones. You hold yourself accountable to a high standard of quality for training processes and experiences. You are collaborative in your approach and able to build strong working relationships while managing clients and with the internal stakeholders needed to ensure the quality delivery of the training programs. Overall, you enjoy the entire training process, engaging fully in project management and delivery, as well as content, design, and process improvement.


  • Coordinate training programs and related project resources Day-to-day communication with relevant teams and clients
  • Successfully on-board each new delegate class and partner with facilitators to successfully implement an effective communications plan with the delegate training journey.
  • Lead scheduling and delivery for all events for assigned client programs.
  • Collaborate with team members to keep the program portal/platform up to date.
  • Co-facilitate the high-quality delivery of programs and services for assigned clients as required.
  • Enhance training offerings with refreshing content and an engaging facilitation presence
  • Participate in client meetings and strategic planning sessions for clients
  • Manage weekly / monthly status updates via web conference
  • Support business development activities within clients
  • Manage deliverables and deadlines, communicating changes proactively
  • Educate and engage internal stakeholders in relevant production processes, anticipate and address issues before they occur.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting to clients and agency leadership team
