About the role

Carwow is scaling quickly and we have huge ambitions for the business. Hiring the best people for our growing team and delivering an exceptional candidate experience is crucial for us to be able to achieve our goals. Working in our busy Talent Team, you'll play an important role in keeping everything running smoothly by taking ownership for all aspects of TA coordination, with a particular focus on supporting our Product and Engineering teams.

This could be the perfect opportunity for someone who has some previous exposure to Recruitment administration/coordination to fine tune their skills in a growing and exciting Tech company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lots of calendar tetris! You'll be scheduling various interview processes and sending candidates interview confirmations, information packs and tests as needed
  • Advertising new roles on our careers page, relevant external job boards and social networks (e.g LinkedIn) and keeping our ATS up to date
  • Ensuring all candidates have a brilliant experience at carwow - whether or not they are ultimately hired! You’ll be keeping a close eye on feedback, making sure we are sending out timely communications and updates to candidates when needed
  • Supporting with Employer Branding, pulling together social posts
  • Managing the Talent inbox and responding to speculative queries
  • Helping the referencing process to run smoothly, making sure Managers are following up references as required
  • Keep a close eye on external platforms and ensuring information is kept up to date, e.g. reviews are responded to and that we are representing carwow effectively


About you

You will:

  • Care deeply about delivering a quality candidate experience and understand the importance behind everything you do - from timely, well written communications to candidates to ensuring processes run smoothly, you’ll totally ‘get’ how it makes all the difference in bringing in the best talent to carwow
  • Be highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Have high levels of self-motivation and enthusiasm
  • Have great communication skills, and able to work with stakeholders of all levels
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, and happy to flex what you do in line with business and team needs
  • Someone who enjoys looking for better ways of working and likes suggesting new ideas

Ideally you’ll have:

  • Some exposure to Talent Acquisition coordination within a fast paced business so that you can hit the ground running in our busy team but we are open on experience!
  • Previous experience with an ATS platform - we use Workable at carwow
