Your day-to-day will include:

· Analyse compliance processes to determine documentation requirements;

· Writing various types of documentation, such as compliance policies and procedural guidelines;

· Assisting in the review and update of the Compliance policies & procedure documents to ensure they are compliant with all relevant regulations across the OpenPayd Group.

· Organise, publish and maintain documentation in OpenPayd document management system in such a way that information is easily accessible;

· Perform regular assessments on the effectiveness of the documents produced;

· Assist the Head of Governance in the implementation of a comprehensive Governance framework for the OpenPayd Group;

· Assist with the development and roll out of a Compliance Monitoring Program;

· Work with other members of the Group Compliance function to understand and document key tasks where assurance and monitoring is required;

· Assist in regulatory reporting requirements to ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner;

· Liaise with vendors and internal teams with respect to the implementation, update and roll out of relevant Compliance Training across the OpenPayd Group;

· Proactively communicate requirements/priorities and project status to key stakeholders;

The ideal candidate will have the following:

· 3+ years compliance experience – ideally in the payments space

· Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on producing high quality work

· Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills

· Strong ability to write clearly, concisely and accurately for a wide variety of audiences

· Strong collaborator and communicator with the ability to work across multiple geographies and levels of seniority

· Knowledge of regulatory rules and laws specific to the payments industry is an asset
