About the Role...

The role of the Project Coordinator will be to facilitate the onboarding of business opportunities and clients through Currencyclouds end to end onboarding process. The successful individual can expect to collaborate and maintain strong relationships with Currencyclouds Customers, Sales representatives, Solutions Consultants and Compliance. The project coordinator can also expect to support several onboarding activities at a given time.

The Project Coordinator will sit within the Solutions team and will report to the Solutions Agile Project Manager in London.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be a focal point throughout the onboarding process, collaborating with Clients, Sales and Compliance teams to complete activities in the onboarding process. Eventually you will be able to review and improve the process, ensuring it is continually fit for purpose.

  • The job role will include:
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create timeframes for the completion of onboarding actions and activities. Attending or hosting internal and external meetings as an onboarding point of contact.
  • Ensuring activities generated from the onboarding process are delegated and completed according to preset timescales.
  • Identify potential risks generated from the onboarding operation.
  • Escalation of high level issues generated during coordinating activities.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reporting, and eventually, being able to identify patterns and abnormalities.
  • Ensure that process documentation is kept up to date with the latest changes being added promptly.
  • Be able to identify improvements to the current onboarding processes and work closely with other stakeholders to implement changes
  • Answering customer questions by using the knowledge and support of Currencycloud colleagues.

Skills & Expertise....

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in presenting to clients.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Fast thinker and quick learner with the ability to work effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Self driven – constantly looking to assist and improve inefficient processes and ways of working.
  • Able to maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers of varying seniority.
  • Identify and report on risks and issues generated from the onboarding process.
  • Strong documentation skills ensuring both detail and accuracy with processes, procedures and project write up.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft suite/Google apps.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Compliance and/or Fintech experience is ideal.
