Location: UK, Flexible, remote or office based

Salary: £32,000-£35,000

The Role

As our Integrated Designer, you will play a vital role on the marketing team, helping to turn our thinking into compelling, market-leading, and beautifully designed assets. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for concepting, designing and executing brand assets and collateral to be used across a variety of channels in both static and rich media form (infographics, interactive pdf’s, videos, gifs, etc). You’re able to work to tight deadlines, communicate effectively to internal stakeholders, and have a proactive mindset, not always waiting to be told what to do. You’re a big-picture thinker, always asking: why are we doing this? What else can this be used for? How can we make this go further? Your Adobe proficiency is exceptional, and you also have good experience in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. You will also be confident in creating inspiring presentations and will work efficiently within brand guidelines with great accuracy and speed.

  • Formal qualification in graphic design or otherwise relevant discipline
  • Ability to concept and produce rich media assets including video, audiograms, gifs, and more
  • Develop integrated campaigns, materials for digital & social activations, and ideas that will be recognised for both creativity and effectiveness by clients and peers across the industry
  • Ability to take a high-level brief or idea and apply critical thinking and creative skills to make suggestions and recommendations, producing breakthrough, effective concepts, and visuals
  • Influencing and owning the look and feel across all your work, pushing the brand to the next level
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously and thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining an eye for detail
  • Support the team across other design requirements including client work if your schedule allows
  • Strong communication skills as you will be working for the group central marketing team and reporting into the Associate Creative Director
  • Confident grasp of spelling and grammar
