About the role - What’s your purpose?

The Talent team plays a vital role in Signal AI’s success; our mission is to find the best and most diverse talents on the market. From employer branding, talent acquisition and process improvement, we take advantage of the latest technology and tools available on the market to our fast scaling ambitions.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent team in London.

You will run end to end recruitment processes for all commercial & ops (primarily commercial and operations). You will work closely with both the US leaders and the Head of Talent (UK based) and be part of the Talent team which is currently based in London.

Key Responsibilities - What you will be doing?

  • Recruit top talent and achieve hiring goals
  • Provide an efficient and engaged experience for every candidate
  • Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Participate in conferences and meetups to network with potential candidates
  • Promote Signal AI’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Work with Head of Talent and US leaders to establish a successful talent acquisition process for Signal in the US
  • Coordinate with senior leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Liaise with external recruiters on an ad hoc basis

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • Understanding tech businesses and how they work will be key here so we would love to see that you have in-house recruitment experience
  • You will run the recruitment process from start to finish so feeling confident managing relationships at the VP level and above, an ability to influence, negotiate and compromise to get to a result will be key
  • You will be using a range of methods and tools when you look for candidates so we want you to feel comfortable with a range of interview formats and tools including experience in using an ATS
  • As a member of the Talent team, you have access to a lot of personal data and will also be privy to in-depth company information. We also have an ambitious target. Our team consists of people with a strong work ethic, integrity and a high level of personal accountability. You probably also like to be organised :)
  • In this job, you will work with a range of people in different functions and levels both internal and external so being able to and enjoy communicating clearly and efficiently is going to be key.
