We work with companies to get them discovered as truly flexible places to work, by verifying them through our two-stage Flexification process. Our platform enables users to find out which companies offer the working environment that they want through our flexibility filters. 

We have over 400,000 users, 150+ companies, and we are just closing our latest round of funding… So, we are looking for someone to help win enterprise sized accounts.

This role is a key hire for the Flexa sales team and will help shape our enterprise funnel and clients for the future.

Day-to-day tasks will include 📩

Working closely with our Head of Sales, Krys. You will execute the outbound efforts, manage the pipeline of live accounts and win Flexa’s largest customers.

  • Talking to enterprise customers - We have a number of amazing large companies using Flexa, and this role will be a key point of contact for our large companies. 

  • Mapping Companies - We need to understand the internal structure, departments, teams, hierarchy, and key links throughout the organisations we plan to target during the year. 

  • Building Customer Profiles - Finding and building customer profiles is essential to knowing everything about the key people we’ll need to win over. 

  • Executing Outbound Enquiries - Thinking “outside of the box” to get through the first door and into the first meeting is crucial. You’ll need to do more than just a LinkedIn message, email or phone call. 

  • Managing Enterprise Funnel - You will manage the enterprise accounts through PipeDrive CRM, with a more detailed end-to-end enterprise process in Notion. 

  • Utilising Enterprise Assets - You will be tailoring each sales asset at your disposal for each enterprise account. Such as business-value-assessments, Custom ROI slides, Competitive choice slides, Proposal Docs, PoC Docs, Procurements Docs.

  • Experience in leading, or being secondary, on large enterprise accounts from end-to-end.

  • Experience in first-approaches for large enterprise customers (not just LI/Email/Phone).

  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and validating champions within a large enterprise account.

  • Experience in creating and using enterprise assets (business-value-assessments, Custom ROI slides, Competitive choice slides, Proposal Docs, PoC Docs, Procurements Docs)

  • In-depth knowledge on enterprise account processes and customer stages.

  • Existing enterprise account contacts.
