We’re passionate about staying close to our users, which is why everyone at Accurx visits a GP practice at least twice a quarter to understand how a practice runs, the difficulties they face with technologies and how we can help.

Life as an Executive Assistant at Accurx

As an EA, you will be supporting the team at Accurx to deliver as much to the health system as possible. This is a busy, fast paced role, with different problems to solve every day.

You'll support up to three members of our executive team with diary management, scheduling meetings, and ensuring their day runs smoothly. You'll help manage inboxes, screen emails, and respond to and redirect queries.

You'll assist with preparation of materials for meetings, taking minutes where required and following up on any action items.

You’ll lead on some of our events, both internal and external. This is done on a rota basis with the rest of the Assistant team.

You may also have the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc projects. Examples in the past have included organising our summer conference, implementing mental health first aid training and introducing coaching to our senior leadership team, with many possible future projects in the pipeline.

Our assistant team is growing quickly at Accurx, and you’ll get to be an integral part of the team, helping to shape our processes, ways of working, and how we celebrate each other.

As part of Workplace Operations, you will work alongside the Assistants and Workplace teams to create a collaborative and energising working environment for the whole team.

We'd really like to hear from you, if ...

  • You have experience as an EA or PA in a fast paced environment, ideally a start-up or scale-up
  • You have experience managing multiple busy diaries and inboxes
  • You have experience using Google Suite
  • You're able to prioritise and balance multiple competing responsibilities at once
  • You have strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
  • You're hungry and willing to take on any task thrown your way

Salary & Benefits package:

  • £40,000 - £60,000 salary + the value of £31,500 share options.
