After a very successful year, we are looking to continue to grow our team with the addition of talented technical or commercial recruiters.

Troi’s model combines the benefit of an internal recruiter coupled with the benefits of an agency behind the scenes. We don’t think of our clients as “clients”, we prefer the term “partners”. Our partners, a bit like our Troi employees, are from a variety of backgrounds. We work with tech scale-ups start-ups and enterprise companies such as Miro, CUDOS and Epic Games.

You’ll have the opportunity to sit on-site (virtually) with our clients acting as the expert on everything talent. You'll be expected to have rounded experience across the recruitment life cycle, experience in people and stakeholder management and be ready to make our partners experience seamlessly unforgettable.

The Role: Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager at Troi is a mid-senior level recruiter from either technical or commercial recruitment background. You possess 3+ years of experience in tech or commercial recruitment. The role is delivery focused with our client partners.

What are we looking for...

  • Recruitment experience from either an embedded, agency or internal environment.

  • You will have recruited for roles that are in the realms of technical/ or Commercial. Examples could be: software dev’s, product managers, ui/ux designers, data, growth marketing, sales, customer success

  • Strong and creative sourcing abilities, with experience of using a variety of different tools and techniques.

  • An open mind and desire to master new skills.

  • Experience in stakeholder management, ie managing expectations, negotiating and positively influencing decision making.

  • An understanding on how to utilise data to identify areas of improvement, make change and grow your partner’s Talent function.

  • Experienced in managing multiple inboxes, systems and processes. You are essentially part of two teams, Troi and the partner you are working with.

  • Passion to learn, grow and be open minded to the opportunities to educate and be educated on new technologies and sourcing techniques.

  • Not afraid to ask questions.

  • Experience in bigger picture projects, ie ATS implementations, process improvements and hiring strategy.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Work in some of the most innovative businesses in the UK and European tech space acting as an internal recruiter to our partners.

  • Delivering against the requirements of our partners in the expected time frames.

  • Assessing existing recruitment processes, and designs, implementing and owning the entire lifecycle, always providing our partners with solutions to their needs.

  • Directly source and place roles covering a spectrum of seniority levels whilst representing our partners.

  • Acting as a recruitment “guru” with our partners, advising on a number of talent related subjects.

  • Using your knowledge of our partners, recruitment needs to create a talent pool to future proof their recruitment needs.

  • Researching and implementing systems and processes that will positively impact our partners

  • Writing job descriptions and adverts that accurately match our partners vision, values and recruitment strategy.

Enhanced maternity leave – 1-3 years of service 3 months full pay + statutory. 3 years +of Service 3 months full pay, plus 3 months at half pay, plus statutory requirements. If the employee decides to return to work an additional 3 months of half pay will be paid.
