We’re on a journey to become a leading, global RPO business and are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant who is excited by the idea of playing a key leadership role for us as a Senior Talent Partner on one of our largest partnerships as we continue our epic growth.

As a Senior Talent Partner you will be leading the Octopus Partnership , fully embedding within their internal talent function

You will drive success by leading a team of up to 9 Talent Partners to make superstar hires whilst also creating and leading strategic initiatives from process improvements to recruitment marketing. 

We’re based in London but are looking for the very best recruiters regardless of geography or background - whether you’ve worked in agency, internal or RPO previously, we’d love to hear from you!
