Job Description

What will you be doing?

As a Paid Social Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to work with an international client base across the Facebook, LinkedIn, Snap, Reddit, YouTube etc. ad platforms. You’ll be leading the planning and implementation of campaigns, liaising directly with clients and helping to shape the paid social offering of a fast-growing consultancy. The right candidate must have a hard-working attitude and be self-motivated to work unsupervised. Client service is super important to us, so you must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile in helping clients. The role is crucial to the expansion of our client services department, and you will be directly contributing to its growth.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Plan, build and optimise paid social campaigns for existing clients

  • Liaise with our solutions team to help build industry-leading paid social technology

  • Contribute to the overall knowledge bank of the team, and help shape best practice

  • Audit prospective client accounts, and provide strategic assistance to our sales team

  • Create comprehensive testing plans that lead to real client results

  • Work closely with our brand new creative team to deliver amazing ads for our clients

Who are we looking for?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paid Social Consultant who thrives off delivering results, understands the importance of serving the right creative to the right people, and enjoys getting involved in the technical stuff like tracking, automation etc. 

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience running paid social campaigns, ideally in an agency environment

  • Demostrable platform expertise in Facebook Ads primarily, but ideally one other platform

  • Strong interest in social media trends, and their role amongst different audience segments

  • Analytically-minded and able to concisely explain the numbers behind the campaigns

  • Strong project management skills

  • Hard working attitude and self motivated to work unsupervised

  • Excellent client communication skills
