FitXR is a fitness technology company working at the cutting edge of virtual reality. We started life in a garden shed in the UK. Fast forward to today, we’re known as the team behind the award-winning VR App FitXR which is one of the top-selling games on the Oculus and Steam stores. In 2020 we raised a $7.5 million. This has enabled us to scale, be on track to hit 1M downloads by the end of 2021 and change even more people's lives through virtual reality fitness.

What you’ll do 👀

• Responsible for managing the production timeline from the inception of a workout until it is live on the platform- including gathering requirements, prioritizing, scheduling, keeping track of deadlines.
• Effectively communicate tasks/deadlines and hold fellow team members to meeting expectations.
• Troubleshoot production roadblocks that may delay the creation of workouts
• Assess current project management tools and implement innovative solutions
• Work cross-functionally with Fitness, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure all content is delivered on time.

Requirements

You should apply if ✅

• You have considerable Agile project management experience
• You have experience working with various project management tools (Ragic, Jira, Monday, etc)
• You have experience project managing in a subscription-based environment
• You stay level-headed under pressure and can adapt quickly to change
• You can foresee and solve problems before they escalate
• You have an understanding of coding/gaming/tech

Our interview process takes place on Google Hangouts and tends to consist of the following stages:

• Initial screen
• Hiring Manager + team interviews
• Founder / Exec Interview

Some roles will have a take home task after the initial screen.
