Job Description
THE TEAM
As Form3 grows, we are looking to build out a Service Desk Team to ensuring all operations at Form3 run as effectively as possible. This is a 100% remote position, with a preference for this person to be based in Spain or Portugal.
THE ROLE
We are looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst into our Service Desk Team to help support Form3’s end users. Working closely with our Service Desk Lead, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and a self-starter who is excited about the opportunity to work in a fast-paced scale up. You will need to be someone who enjoys working with people and have a passion for end-user experience. Form3 is growing exponentially with an average of 20 new joiners every month, which is expected to increase over 2022. As a Service Desk Analyst, your day-to-day duties could include;
- Being the first point of contact for any queries and technical issues from our end users
- Troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes
- Additional day to day administration tasks as required
- Provide support and respond to end user queries within agreed timeframe
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft O365
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and keep composure during busy periods
- An approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic person who enjoys helping others
DESIRABLE
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies
- Understanding of security best practices
- Basic Linux knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of macOS and iOS
- CompTIA A+ qualified
