THE TEAM
Working alongside the wider Operations team and reporting directly into our COO, you will be Form3's first Project Manager assigned to focus exclusively on international business operations.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for an energetic, strong and driven operational Project Manager with experience of working within scaling organisations on an international basis. This role will require you to put in essential operational groundwork to support the set-up of Form3 across our ongoing international growth, ensuring that we land and expand our culture and ethos in each new local set-up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set out the vision of what a Form3 new domestic market looks like from an operational perspective
- Establishing the operational framework for new domestic markets to drive our international growth
- Define and own the overall project plan and process to support international employee and product plans working with key stakeholders, including but not limited to: Tax (CFO), Legal (GLC), Reg (GLC), Payroll (PL), Facilities (VMO), Hiring (TL), Business processes (BPL)
- Build, review and refine the process
- Create a blueprint for future new domestic markets
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You will ideally have 4+ years' of business operational experience
- Proven experience of building robust processes and managing complex projects from end-to-end
- You will be an effective communicator and have a natural ability to build relationships in remote, cross-functional teams
- Previous experience of working with executive stakeholders
- Analytical mind and should enjoy finding solutions to solving complex problems
