Job Description

The Role

Marketing impact begins with a clear understanding of ABM strategy, goals, and methods. To ensure success, we need to align and educate staff and stakeholders. As our Head of Training, you’ll oversee and execute our marketing accreditation services. We want to offer a coaching program that provides access to mentorship and learning via seasoned ABM experts and leaders. Those who enrol in the training program should enjoy a full end-to-end education in ABM foundations, supported by a personalised development program including tasks and assessments and regular progress check-ins.

You’re ultimately accountable for the effectiveness and design of the programs we offer. You’ll need to ensure there’s a core, standardised offering that can be flexed to suit the varying needs of the businesses that utilise our accreditation and capability building services. You’ll look to develop modern and scalable ways to deliver these services as well as take them out to customers.

In a world that is rapidly changing, you will have to stay very close to our work and liaise with internal stakeholders at Momentum to ensure our offering remains fresh and relevant, moving with the market. We want to be the go-to provider, which means becoming attractive to those who may already consider themselves to be ABM experts, so how can we create value at the next level?

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our marketing accreditation offering
  • Manage client relationships and work with our sales / marketing teams to drive demand.
  • Lead the business unit in the creation of programs and content.
  • Design core programs and specialist programs to suit varying profiles of users.
  • Work closely and in collaboration with internal stakeholders in developing unique and effective solutions specific to the businesses or individuals that we provide to.
  • Set out the frameworks, tools, and resources seasoned marketing professionals need to perform at the next level – through a premium “advanced” offering and digital-only offering.
