The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Project Management to lead our team of project, production and resource managers in delivering an excellent experience for our clients. This role takes ownership of ensuring great delivery of projects, by setting the standard for project management excellence, sharing expertise and best practice. Our Head of Project Management will ensure we hit our monthly revenue forecast and maximise utilisation of the team. This role works with other “heads of” functional leaders to onboard new clients, solve problems and plan ahead so we are always one step ahead, and proactively planning capacity. Whilst ensuring we are meeting client expectations is a key focus of this role, the Head of Project Management will also develop and improve our client experience, to find new and better ways to surprise and delight. We’d like our Head of Project Management to be someone who loves making things happen, enjoys building relationships with clients, and has a passion for building and leading a team.

What is the focus for the role? What is it here to do?

Ensure our clients have a great experience of working with Momentum, our internal team are engaged in the right way, and we deliver our projects on time, on budget and profitably
