About the Role
We are looking for a frontend engineer to help build our platform and make engineering a core part of TILT's culture. This is a pivotal role where you'll help take our company from 0 → 1. Since we are pre-product, we offer an open playground for you to explore new technologies and produce high-impact work that directly impacts our users. Our product is very unique and thus there are new problems to solve and incredible opportunities for growth and ownership.
What You'll Be Doing
As a frontend engineer, you will work with our designers and engineers to identify core problems and have the agency to solve them in your own way. A few of the initial challenges you'll tackle are:
Developing the web app for our product and ensuring a seamless experience for our users
Building our critical internal platform for managing accounts & customer support
Contributing to building an elite platform and engineering culture from scratch
Whether it's crafting more beautiful animations for our website, translating unique interactions from mobile to web, or even helping us scope our next feature, you'll define your day-to-day tasks.
What We're Looking For
Experience building video/streaming, commerce and social web apps
An eye for design and a clear ability to build amazing animated UI experiences
Track record of writing exceptional software using:
Vue.js, React, TypeScript
Modern stack (ES2015, Flexbox, CSS Modules)
A hunger to build something remarkable
Bonus: experience with multimedia and games
