Job Title: Office Coordinator

Reports to: HR Business Partner

Location: Bristol

Hours: Part time (2.5 days per week)

Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 (pro rata)

We are currently looking for a passionate, driven and innovative Office Coordinator to join our central team working closely with our HR, Finance and IT departments.

As Office Coordinator, you will support all Sift employees via a wide range of duties and responsibilities as well as building and maintaining good relationships with our external contacts and suppliers.

  • Proactive approach, anticipating possible problems and finding ways to solve them
  • Willingness to get involved and help others when necessary
  • Health & Safety and First Aid Qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
