We are looking for an extremely efficient Testing Programme Coordinator to join our growing Product Operations team. The Product Operations team is responsible for navigating the complex landscape of open banking worldwide for our Product Teams and ensuring we are able to operationalise and optimise a fast scaling Product lead organisation.

This would be a great opportunity for a recent grad looking to get into Operations. As the Testing Programme Coordinator your main focus will be running our extensive testing programme for all of our products and improving the productivity and delivery of the product teams. We’re looking for someone who will get stuck-in and own this very important piece of our product lifecycle. This role will be pivotal to the success of scaling our rapidly growing teams, while offering a great stepping stone for someone looking to get into Operations and or Product!

As our Testing Programme Coordinator, you will:

  • Build and manage our community of testers
  • Liaise with Product Managers and testers on completing test cases
  • Work with Finance to ensure testers are paid
  • Run reports on quality of product
  • Manage the testing database


We’re looking for someone who:

  • is process driven, organised and resourceful
  • enjoys tinkering with tools and programs to optimise their usage
  • is analytical with an attention to detail
  • is comfortable working in a new, open area and being creative with how to approach it
  • is highly collaborative and an excellent communicator

Nice to haves:

  • experience in a tech company
  • knowledge of any of German, Italian, Spanish, French, or other European languages
  • has experience with Zapier, Webflow or AirTable
