How you’ll fit in

Paddle’s customers have strong and engaging stories to tell which highlight our product advantages and differentiators to similar prospects. As Customer Marketing Manager, you will be part of our Product Marketing team, working to drive customer engagement and advocacy to bring their experiences and stories to a wider audience.

You will work with our sales and success teams to identify suitable customer advocates. You will build relationships and trust directly and collaborate to create opportunities to share peer-to-peer references and compelling customer content with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, you will refine the customer marketing playbook that engages customers across their entire lifecycle and measure the success of advocacy projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Customer Advocacy
    • Build and execute customer advocacy initiatives with the Success team
    • Work with customers to create mutually-beneficial advocacy initiatives
    • Track and analyze the ROI for customer engagement and advocacy efforts
  • Journey Mapping
    • Design customer marketing playbook that engages customers across the lifecycle through strategic advice and benchmarking data
    • Ensure that we have messaging, materials, and internal enablement to ensure a smooth customer journey
    • Build out nurture programmes that guide and inspire our customers
  • Customer Stories and Case Studies
    • Define the sales and marketing requirements for customer storytelling and own their production
    • Own the end-to-end process from customer identification through to promoting their story internally and externally
    • Create a customer marketing repository of reference and success stories so they can be quickly distributed and promoted both internally and externally

  • Have engaged directly with customer advocates on mutually beneficial projects
  • Are a collaborator who can influence and partner with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have demonstrated experience of building or owning successful marketing programs
  • Are an excellent storyteller with strong verbal, and written communication skills
  • Can work with customer executive-level stakeholders

  • Experience working with SaaS customers
  • Experience working with payments and billing solutions
