About the role - What’s your purpose?

Signal’s proprietary machine learning technology allows organisations to digitise their domain expertise, creating their own AI and then applying it to the explosion of external data.

The Solution Engineer is the technical interface between the client and internal teams, working with the Delivery and Platform API teams to ensure the technical requirements of our clients are met. This is a vital and highly cross-functional role as you will be the lynchpin between several teams across Commercial, Product, and Technology.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities - What you will be doing?

• Work with the sales team to prepare or contribute to the technical artefacts for client engagement (demos, documentation, product marketing literature).
• Discuss pre-sale engagements that will have delivery implications and make sure the Delivery team is aware and influence the pre-sale process.
• Design solutions that reduce post-sale delivery efforts and reuse previous efforts as much as possible.
• Work directly with prospects’ technical teams and advise them on best practices, including training and code examples.
• Deliver updates from client engagements to help the product teams understand clients views and needs.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex technical concepts and develop skills to create compelling solutions that demonstrate business value.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to establish trust among both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as a team lead, taking ownership of assignments, offering advice and guidance to others across the organization.
• Proven technical/business background with API integrations - should be comfortable querying the API and producing data samples.
• You can manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently.
• Self-Starter who has worked in high-growth B2B SaaS Environments.
