We are looking to build our Revenue Operations team, and reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, the initial focus is establishing our Marketing Ops capabilities.
You will be responsible for implementing the strategic Revenue Operations objectives, helping define, implement and measure performance with a focus, but not limited to marketing activities. We need to ensure our campaigns are effectively delivering an ROI to build our pipeline and achieve our ambitious growth targets.
This role will include collaborating on processes; defining, documenting and implementing and measuring through KPIs you have defined. We are seeking a creative and energetic team player, you would be eager to tackle new and exciting challenges to drive the Rev Ops agenda on a global scale and have fun doing it.
There is room to grow within the Revenue Operations team which is additionally responsible across Sales and Customer Success. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their operational skills, engage cross functionally on a global level and develop their Revenue Operations Skills.
What we think you’ll need to be successful:
- Experience in a similar role - performance management or operations experience, preferably with a marketing background
- Understand functional processes and identify KPIs
- An ability to see solutions not problems, and being able to extract key messages to help steer the organisation is a must
- Excellent analytical skills - Excel (or similar), with experience in data manipulation i.e. Pivot tables
- Genuine interest in data and how that can support business objectives
- Ability to balance the needs of the few with those of the many (Regional Vs Global)
- You will enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with flexible working, engaging on a regular basis with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe and wearing multiple hats
