Hofy is opening a world of possibilities for employers to tap into the global workforce. Now we are looking for a Director of Partnerships to lead the growth of the partner channel worldwide and help us tap into new partnership opportunities as well as grow existing ones.
- UK remote role - Reporting to the CEO
- Create the partnerships strategy, build a team and develop a best-in-class partner programme
- Work with leadership to uncover the true potential of the partner channel
About the role
We envision the partner channel to be a central and substantial part of the revenue model, not just an add-on. As such the role of Director of Partnerships will be vital to the strategy. In this role you will:
- Grow the Hofy business through new and existing partnerships (Employers of Record, HRtech etc.), understanding how each partner can enhance our offering and what the fit will be like for both parties.
- Create and deliver a great partner programme to drive ARR and pipeline generation.
- Maintain strategic partner relationships and regularly review how we can improve the collaboration.
- Lead a small team initially with a vision to expand that further as the channel grows with the strategy implemented.
As this is a senior role, it is a fit for someone who already has substantial experience with the partnerships channel specifically. You will be a great fit if you have:
- Proven and substantial experience managing and building partnerships with a revenue generation target in mind.
- Experience with presenting a services-focused value proposition. You need to be able to clearly articulate Hofy's true value to a partner and turn them into an advocate, and also understand the nuances of the value of each partner to us depending on market segmentation.
- Created and managed a channel strategy that had a significant impact on company revenue
- Led and managed at least a small team
